  本丛书是《一家人的小药方》丛书的姊妹篇——《一家人的小食方》系列丛书。两套丛书异曲同工,遥相呼应,旨在将优秀的中医药文化传播给大众。书中选择的大都是一些简单有效、药食两用的食疗小方,很适合普通人在家自己制作;这些药膳小方有些来源于中医古籍,有些来源于民间传承,都经过了长时间的检验,安全可靠,简捷易行。在筛选这些药膳方子时,我们也针对现代人的体质特点和生存环境,尽量选取*能解决人们常见健康问题的方子,并且按照不同特点,分别编成8本书,以适合不同需求的人群。
