  《空间物理中的若干前沿科学问题》的集结出版是为了庆祝中国科学技术大学50周年华诞,所选论文的第一作者均为中国科学技术大学的毕业生校友。反映了这些校友在空间物理各个研究领域中的最新成就。《空间物理中的若干前沿科学问题》共分为两部分,每一部分开头都有导言,然后是相关论文。第一部分涉及太阳及行星际物理,包括日冕和太阳风加热、日冕物质抛射及其行星际演化等。第二部分涉及磁层物理,包括地球?行星磁层中的一些物理过程。每一部分均包含理论和观测方面的文章。《空间物理中的若干前沿科学问题》可供空间物理、太阳物理、等离子体物理及相关专业的本科生、研究生以及科研人员阅读。
